Cost

Heal2Soul operates a sliding scale of cost for sessions which can be as much or less than the gap usually paid when accessing services through medicare or health funds. Cost per session is discussed at the initial appointment.

Health Fund/Insurance

If you have counselling services in your health fund coverage, rebates are able to be claimed against services accessed from Heal2Soul

AHM, BUPA, Medibank and ARHG Health funds are now accepted for both online Telehealth services and face to face services. Counselling services cover individual, couple and family services provided by Heal2Soul

Victim Services

Heal2Soul is accredited to accept services through Victims of Crime. Contact us to book in

Medicare

PACFA are working to increase public access to psychotherapy and counselling services where therapists meet the strict threshold for clinical registration so that services such as those provided by Heal2Soul are more accessible to everyone. Unfortunately at this time we are unable offer Medicare rebates on services. We hope this will change in the future so that more people are able to access support when they need to without having to consider cost.

NDIS

For families with NDIS funding, counselling and dance/movement psychotherapy can be accessed if you are self-managed or plan managed

Cancellations

Life happens, last minute family events come up, sickness, accidental double booking, traffic… the list is endless. If you cannot make your session for any reason please let me know as soon as you can with an email, phone call or text message. Cancellations more than 48 hours before your session time will not be charged. Cancellations at less than 48 hours will be charged at half your usual fee. Cancellations within less than 24hours of session times will be charged at your full usual fee payable at your next attended appointment
